Further to this thread, DND just remember that Pfizer will have to deal with RVX should they want to pursue this patent app to a therapeutic. This is not like RVX having the patent on Apabetalone + rosuvastatin where rosuvastatin is no longer patent protected.  Apabetalone obviously as we know is patent protected.  I think it is great to see so many RVX/Zenith compounds listed in the patent application as it certainly would seem to support the RVX/Zenith contention that they are world leaders in this area of science.
