Thanks tada.....as for the reason for the presentation being canceled, (assuming that is in fact the case) and it not representing anything material....I don't know.  When the AGM was cancelled, I has assumed that there had to have been a reason of a material nature, and we never found out why.  Don told us they were going to be announcing a second licensing/partnership deal....he didn't say it was "expected/anticpated" or any other such forward looking language....he used the words "we will"....and that never happened.  

Seems to me the company treads all over the line when it comes to what is material and what is not, and in disclosing things.
