It is all up to the person who manages the website. Most often, the same web address/url/link is recycled when the content of the webpage is updated. For example, if you follow the Resverlogix events link in my September 2016 post, it now leads to the current Resverlogix events page. The web address/url/link has stayed the same between then and now, but regardless of whether you click on the link in my Sept 2016 post or go to today's Resverlogix events page, they will both lead you to the same current content. In this way, one could bookmark a page and always come back to the same web address/url/link to see the most recent version/content of the page. This is what is going on with the Bioequity Europe schedule.
Alternatively, a website manager may choose to change the web address/url/link when updating the content. Often the website manager will take the old web address/url/link offline at that point, such that if one tries to access the old web address/url/link one would get an error message that the web address/url/link no longer exists.
In either case, one can sometimes but not always find an archived cached version of a web address/url/link that contains a previous version of the webpage prior to being modified by the website manager.
I hope this settles the issue for you Koo.
