Led, the "coupon" you refer to is actually called a Priority Review Voucher. The last purchase of a PRV that I can remember was by Abbvie from United Therapeutics for north of $300 million which I believe was a record. I don't think RVX is actively doing anything that we are aware of that could result in applying for and being issued a PRV.  You are incorrect in thinking an orphan designation comes with a PRV. The Orphan designation is a different program. PRV's are given for rare tropical diseases or rare paediatric diseases. However PRV's once issued can then be sold and then applied wherever the purchaser sees fit.
