Thanks for the reply - imo if both RVX and Zen are acquired by BP, Zen Royalty shareholders would receive an offer based on # of Royalty Preferred shares held as valued in the agreement - maybe that's where DM was going when he floated the $500MM market cap in the February 17, 2017 slide presentation?
