You're absolutely correct...but with volumes being so light historically who's going to buy that many with the thought of scalping them?  And that's the problem as I see it....people are buying, but they're not willing to sell. 

Its the chicken and egg scenario....without more robust volumes RVX is not going to attract traders, but it might very well be that to get increased volume we need more swing/momo type traders.
