Led, just so you don't spend too much time looking for co's,PVC is premature ventricular contraction (electrical issue mostly, I think) and I think when BDAZ says LVEF he is probably referring to left ventricular ejection fraction (measure of the amount of blood leaving the left ventricle with each beat relative to the amount of blood which entered the chamber) which with rocketmans question would be wrt heart failure. I thought I read somewhere a few years ago that in a mouse study with apabetalone there was some improved function wrt to hear failure but I'm not 100% sure by any means and in any event it doesn't seem to be anything that has been followed up at RVX this far.
