What if the loan was increased and extended along with an equity issue of some kind? This gives all shareholders a great lift in the event of a take over offer sometime this year. This scenario is second only to an increase in the loan and an extension of the LOC. A regional deal is also attractive however I don't know what the impact would be on the finale sale price after carving out that region.

As stated before I don't have the same issues around the IP hold as some on this board do.
