We're in tough....its a 10 cent penny stock and it looks like it only trades in the U.S. on the OTCQB.  They have over 875 million shares outstanding and are authorized to issue close to 1.5 billion.  Their profile says they're a Biotech focused in on Cancer and Diabetes...but with all the excitement over Cannabis recently they're now also apparenly working on developing Canaboids....which the cynic in me says is simply an attempt to attract the attention of prospective investors.
