I would suggest that it all depends how many shares are actually available....just because 50 or 100 lots are showing at the lowest ask, I would suggest that doesn't necessarily mean they wouldn't quickly be pulled...as well as others priced higher if sustainted buying came in.  IMO it is conceivable that the available supply could evapourate very quickly in the event of heavy and sustained buying pressure....

However your thought suggests to me a good lithmus test.....if by this time next year RVX is trading anyhere in and around double digits.....that we might reasonably conclude that there was in fact accumulation going on at this time right now.
