We are in discussions regarding extending our loan and we intend to raise additional capital through partnering and/or equity and/or debt financing and/or from other sources. Subsequent to January 31, 2017, the Company entered into an agreement with an agent regarding the replacement of the Companys existing loan. The Company also intends to complete an equity private placement within the next month. In respect of partnering, we continue discussions for regional licensing opportunities with potential pharma partners with the goal of expanding the global development of apabetalone in high risk disease with a high level of unmet medical need.
