tada & fouremm,,,,,,,,,,,I am no businessman but I think it makes perfect sense that what takes place going forward will reward he who takes the greatest risk! So far its the big insiders here. Nothing to stop them from taking RVX out and then raiding the parts and pieces for the best dollar. Something has to give before the LoC and the IP. If the IP was not part and parcel of the original deal around the credit I could see a different intent,, but nope,,KD is taking on the risk for the longer term end result/s. 3rd party partnership taking the LoC and the IP off the table would be nice but I am sure when we are talking big dollars KD has strong input. If RVX gets legs here and could run to even $4 DM and us retail shareholders would not only be in the drivers seat..we would have the keys as well..jmo
