He talks about a number of manipulations....but is citing companies like RIM and Apple, and how players will "Foment" an impression of strength or weakness...which he says is illegal, but that the SEC doesn't understand it and that its done anyway....and if manipulations work on stocks like Apple, its hard to imagine they wouldn't be employed on an obscure Canadian biotech.
