I added another 500 shares to the pile....what I meant by my closing comment, that any shares I buy possibly being filled by short selling....What I meant is this.  MMs (Market Makers) provide liquidity in the market, they will quote a bid/ask even if they don't have shares available to sell, or others looking to buy.  So there could be a MM quoting 10 lots available on the ask at $1.95, but that doesn't mean they necessarily have 10 lots available or a seller looking to unload that number.....and likewise on the bid side....there might be 10 lots with a bid of $1.85 but that doesn't mean there's a buyer looking for 10 lots at that price....there might be, there might not be.....its all guess work.
