I agree with you Koo....I don't think a +FA would have a "major" impact on the PPS so long as the question of financing remains. I put "major" in quotes because I think maybe we could see a 10 or 20 cent bump, at least in the short term. 

But as I said previously...I think BDZ's view that a thumbs up on Futility, that it could be a linch pin to a bigger financing deal I think it has a lot of merit.  If it doesn't come out before the 25th, then maybe another overnight type placement will be necessary....something stop gap again.  Like putting just enough gas in your car in the station selling it for $1.20 to get to the one where its only 90 cents.
