BC: I guess our brief "bro-mance" is over. LOL.
Gee, that's not really fair. There was one little snippet you wrote that I agreed with. Don't be so negative.
Your post sounds a bit negative, once again.
You can characterize it as negative if it makes you happy. I just post my realistic assessment of what I think is happening. You have to admit, calling this week's price action "an upwardly mobile share price" is one of those "alternative facts".
I think perhaps your same post offers a clue as to why the negativity. In your own words: "I sold Monday... a bit early."
No worries. Ya I sold a bit early but I caught the price jump. It's all one big learning experience. I bought those shares back in December at 1.67 so made a tidy profit in a month. Getting the timing reasonably correct and making a decent profit on a trade is the goal. I don't expect to get out at the highs.
Reminds me of the days, a few years ago I think, when you over and over stated that BTI was going to shoot up well before RVX did. History since then has been that RVX has had a much higher share price and market cap as compared with BTI. The only exception is a very brief (very brief) period where BTI's share price was slightly above RVX's. That didn't last long.
There's nothing wrong with the BTI story, but yes, it all takes longer than anyone originally thinks. You too have lots of experience with that. I do note that BTI is valued at 1/4 of RVX with lots of good stuff coming. I'll wait it out.
I'm not sure your crystal ball is any better than anyone else's crystal ball.
I don't need it to be better than anyone else's. That's not my metric. This is the stock market. I just want to get it right as often as possible and learn from my mistakes.
