,,,hummmmm,,,,,,when Newco was spun off from the loins of Resverlogix;
,,Thinking back when the spin off date was achieved I sort of remember that RVX lost about $1/share over night.
Since then and when PPs have come to fruition we have had this same valuation;
****Jun 20, 2016 - Corporate spin out from Resverlogix in June 2013. Status ... Enterprise. Value est. $125 MM. Shares. Outstanding. 125.2 MM. ,,,,,,,Or approx. $1/share. ****
So,,,comparing price valuation,,,,,,and accounting for time,,,,,now in our history RVX with so much of its' inerds removed selling for $2.02 is probably a fair price pre BoM results when you look at what we have now verses a few years back,,,before Newco came into existance. The argument could be made that we are more advanced in our research and understanding of the MoA but the market has not drank that proverbial koolaid..and the value of our shares are what they are in the open market as noted above,,,,,..sooo,,!!
The intangible is not having a value placed on them through free trading shares in a market. Thats the only place a realistic value could be made,,, only when traded,,, and that would be either more or less than a preceding PP valuation of course. So flip a coin until DM decides what to do! Maybe we get paid dividends if royalties come in but the caveat maybe with no trading ability of the shares. Who knows,,,,the set up as a whole is a dogs breakfast to understand, and most investors including myself are probably like cavemen looking at a coke can when it comes to such complicated arrangements !!
Anyway,,,for the forseeable future Zenith shares go into the trunk to be shared probably after I am long gone among much younger family members,,,,,,,,,,,,jmo
