I should change me name to Cervantes, I know I'm tilting at windmillls......but its still satisfying in its own way.  DM imo was reckless in saying "We Will Announce" in relation to a 2nd deal....and its disingenious at best to say they now can't announce anything until a deal is finalized now, its certainly duplicitious.  Its like Clayton and DM hide behind disclosure, but only when its convenient to them.
