And given that DM stated that "we will"...be announcing a 2nd deal in 2016, that obviously is now off the rails.  

So the company needs to disclose what's going on, something official....the same way the announcement was made originally, with a company spokesperson making an announcement to the market, if it can't be done in a timely manner via a presentation then by a PR or SEDAR filing.
