Narmac....I agree with everything you said, which is why DM should have been savvy enough not to say WE WILL ANNOUNCE instead of using more prudent language like WE EXPECT, or WE ARE ANTICIPATING....

I for one am not upset about the failure to finalize a second licensing/partnership deal this year....stuff happens.  But over promising and under delivering is not the way to build investor confidence.  On the other hand it is a great way to undermine investor confidence if that is the goal.
