Something is amiss here...

If there was a "minor" reason to cancel/reschedule/postpone (whatever you wish to call it) the AGM, why wouldn't RVX/Zenith simply announce the reason in their communication which would have stopped any speculation? This is too simple, it would be one of the primary functions of their communication team. "Hey lets tell our shareholders why"

So, then why?

In my opinion, it possibly can't be incompetence..... this would lead me to think that it has/had to be a "substancial reason" (good or bad) which still has to be communicated.
