"Should be" is a far cry from "will be"......if its in my mailbox tomorrow its all academic. If not?
SF, I get that this is the modern age.....but don't advise me that something "will be delivered" and then fail to meet that committment. And if something causes a delay or if there are circumstances that will result in failure to meet that committment, then advise me of such.
Anyway...its the 15th now, they have until midnight.
