I respectfully disagree. On August 22, there was an unprecedented cancellation of the October 5 AGM with little to no clarity on the reason why. Shortly after the meeting cancellation, investors inquired with the company about the meeting cancellation and heard back "The meeting scheduled for October 5th has been rescheduled. A new notice of meeting will be filed in due course once the revised meeting agenda has been finalized." On October 6, there was a news release from Resverlogix stating "A notice of meeting and management information circular containing the matters to be considered at the meeting will be delivered to shareholders and filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com on or before November 15, 2016" and the AGM was rescheduled to December 15th. We have been waiting for almost 2 months for something solid to chew on. Whether it is good or bad news, or somewhere in between, we are hungry for some details into this matter and the SEDAR info on the matters to be discussed at the AGM would solve this.

So yes, I see what you are saying about putting things into perspective and keeping our eye on the prize and avoiding any bad news. But the company has kicked the communications can down the road far enough in regards to the AGM and its mysterious associated agena and we need to see something tomorrow on SEDAR to calm our nerves. Just my opinion, though I am sure many share it.
