In Canada if the second charchter in your postal code is the number 0, then you live in what is considered....the boonies. And I qualify.

I haven't received anything in the mail yet....and I'm assuming nobody else has either. Or has someone gotten a package or notification or anything? If I am supposed to receive notifcation by mail (and that's an if because I'm not sure) then they're cutting it awfully close. I would think those living in major centres would get theirs before mine arrives.
