This is the stock market....there is no moral. I was hoping that there wasn't a certificate # attached to the shares in my open margin account, and that by moving them over to a Registered RSP account where shares cannot be loaned out, that I would force them to be located. So either they were never loaned out in the first place, or if they were there was no problem in locating them.

Either way I needed to fill up some of my RSP contriubtion room....
