Golfyeti,

Patents must identify the names of all individual inventors. However, persons or businesses can acquire an ownership interest in a patent application by assignment from the inventor. The inventor granting the assignment is an assignor. The person or business receiving the assignment is the assignee. A patent application is owned by the inventors if there is no assignment.

Although I did not do a comprehensive search of all Resverlogix/Resverlogix Corp/RVX Therapeutics/Zenith Epigenetics patents, I did look at most of them and for all of the patents that I checked the original inventors (assignors) have assigned the rights to the company. Therefore, current or former employees have assigned the patent to the company they are or were working for.

You can do this yourself here: https://assignment.uspto.gov/patent/index.html#/patent/search
