I went to the bank to get everything set up on Monday....they photo copy 2 pieces of ID and then it had to be signed and stamped by an employee certifying identity. So I called the brokerage arem of my bank yesterday to see if I could do the transfer and they told me I have to go back to the bank....when I went to the bank they only photo-copied one side of my driver's license and credit card, so apparently the compliance officer wouldn't sign off....ugh.
