This topic in my opinion is not "off topic. That is, so long as it is merely mentioned in context of one discussing their measured trust in this site or its posters. I agree that the details of it should not be discussed here simply because one only needs to do their own research to get the details. (IE: here is the link, go read about it and give any bother to it that you see fit). For instance I invest a lot of my time in reading the posts on this board. I did not know about the fine, I do now and I've givin it it's proper measure. Regards DND
