I am not familiar with the legal requirements of the AGM relative to fiscal year. However, in correspondence with Resverlogix I did learn that the they intend to file a new Notice of Meeting and that "The Notice of Meeting must be filed at least 25 days before the Record Date, and the Record Date must be between 40 and 50 days before the Meeting Date. A new Record Date will be set. The date of this year’s meeting need not necessarily affect the date of next year’s meeting." Here's my previous post on the subject.

So if Notice of Meeting is filed on Monday 10/3, the 65 days minimum until AGM puts us at Dec 7th for AGM.
