To be clear, when I say no one needs to buy anyone I'm referring to the fact that no cash needs to change hands for a combination to occur. There may be tax or other issues that would make one buying the other or the formation of a Newco to be more beneficial. I obviously would not know these particulars for each company. As far as Koo's point regarding the royalty preferreds, they would be ascribed a value during the valuation process. Interesting discussion, I somehow think none of it will happen but interesting none the less. I think Don seems to feel that the companies are fine as separate entities and that down the road if a pharma wants to roll them up together they can in his words "just write two cheques". I also think for Zenith there is some element of security in the fact that it is debt free and unencumbered.
