Message: Dilution doesn't worry me...in fact it excites me

Bit of a rant coming....

The markets are manipulated....I'm hardly the first to express that view, many have shared similar sentiments here before, it is what it is. The industry players know how to get retail investors to buy high what they're selling and to sell low what they want to buy. Not everyone, but enough...its a hard game.

Why is RVX trading at $2 when there are companies in the same situation with market caps exponentially higher? The answer is simple imo....because those other companies, their stocks are "in play". By "in play" I simply mean that industry players have incentive to push them....and nothing gets retail investors excited like a rising share price.

Look at Ziopharm...a stock that first popped onto my radar in March of 2015 when it was already trading over $13 per share. Its a stock I love to hate...hadn't even completed a phase I trial at that point.

Back in October of 2013 its shares had been pounded down to about $2.50 on the Nasdaq. So what caused it to explode to $13+ and eventually to within spitting distance of $15?

IMO the biggest contributor was dilution. Lots and lots of dilution....bucket loads.

10,000,000 shares via a secondary offering in Feb of 2015 at a price of $8.75 with JP Morgan as the lead underwriter. That brought in over $80 million before costs, and then it was oversubscribed for another 1.5 million at the same price....and why not, by February those $8.75 shares were already selling for $9+ on their way to $14+

And that wasn't the end of it....Ziopharm also paid the MD Anderson Cancer centre $57.5 million (all in shares of course) for a partnership agreement....

And then what happened....the Ziopharm story was all over the place...analysts, pumpers and shills oh my....going to $20+, to the moon.....they gonna cure cancer they is.

That's the market, that's the game.....no point complaining about it, it is what it is.

Now is it our turn?

Resverlogix has a great story....an incredible story, Apebetalone...in Phase III with several indications any one of which offers blockbuster potential....Diabetes, Kidney Diesease, Thrombosis, Alzheimers....

If some investment banker types underwrite a secondary offering here....I can just picture them wetting themselves in excitment over the story lines they'll be able to push. And if they have a few million shares to move as incentive...or 10 or 20 million...then imo we could very well be off to the races.

Its hard and maybe impossible for RVX to make a big move without the industry players involved from my POV....So.....BRING IT ON.
