As you'll likely recall I had simply asked for the new date....not for anything of a material nature. Here's what my email said:

All I would like to know is the date for the AGM, you said it was "changed" which means it was not canceled, but rather just rescheduled. I don't want to know anything about the agenda or the reason for changing the date, I don't want any information of a material nature.....Just the date it was changed to. The time would be nice too unless that hasn't been determined yet.

That was sent Monday Sept 17th....a week later Clayton replied, yesterday Monday Sept 19th...I only just checked that email box:

The revised date for the meeting has not been confirmed by the Board at this time.

Thank you for your patience. A new Notice of Meeting will be filed on SEDAR when that has been finalized.

So it would seem there's a tentative date...I don't know why all the secrecy....he could simply say, "we've tentatively rescheduled the AGM for Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan the **th however it could change".
