Dilution isn't always a bad thing...in fact its often good. When Ziopharm engaged in dilution and threw $57.5 million in shares at MD Anderson for even more dilution....it sent that stock from $2 and change in the months prior, late in 2014 to up near $15 in 2015....700% gains. And Ziopharm had (and still has) nothing in late stage development....

And of course last year's spike in the late winter early spring....it came with dilution as well...bring it on.
