I sometimes wonder why people respond to hypotheses as if they are rediculous. The typical response is that hypotheses represent wild (and unwarrented) speculation, exactly as Fuzz does. It would be rediculous if we did not speculate, what else should we do on this message board - share the news releases word by word as they are released by Resverlogix?
When I put forward a hypothesis I try to make a case for why my hypothesis could be a plausible scenario, but I am sometimes met by "smart" people saying something to the effect of "but you do not know that?" - no, of course I do not know that for a fact, otherwise there would be no point in discussing the hypothesis. If anyone wants to know for a fact that RVX-208 reduces MACE, then you have to wait until the FDA has approved the drug, and believe me, by that time it is too late to buy.
Therefore, keep speculating and share with us why you think something not straight forward or unnoticed (good or bad) could be the case.
Fuzz, let us know why "this week" is so important - maybe you have a point, but otherwise, I am inclined to think as Bear said so well, that was somewhat FUD-like comment (...and, please, don't tell me that you had to look up that abbreviation).
