Message: Email from Clayton...

The lack of response to my first email was probably due to the fact that I sent it to info@resverlogix.com...it seems nobody is checking that mailbox or if they are they don't know how to forward an email perhaps. I don't know why the web based form at http://www.resverlogix.com/contact_us/request_to_be_contacted.html#.V9MvnPkrK70 never generateda response.

But no matter, I sent an email to Clayton at the IR@ address and received a response, and for me it was confusing. I still don't know if the AGM was cancelled or rescheduled. Here is what Clayton sent me:

Good afternoon Mr. #########,

Thank you for your inquiry and our apologies that we have not gotten back to you sooner. I personally have not seen any prior email messages from you.

Unfortunately, we can not advise to the reason for the change in meeting date as this would be information not in the public domain. When the business to be addressed at the annual meeting has been finalized a Notice of Meeting will be filed with the regulators (www.sedar.com) and ultimately the company will issue a press release regarding the details of the meeting closer to the event date.

I have sent a follow up email asking for just the new date of the meeting, understanding that they can't divulge anything material in nature that's not yet in the public domain. But obviously a date, whatever it is, is not material in nature.

If the meeting date has merely been changed then I see no reason why Clayton won't be able to advise me of it. While its doubtful I'd be wiling and able to travel to Calgary it is possible...but hard to know 100% for certain without a specific date.

We'll see if I get an answer.

Here is what I wrote in reply....

Thank you for answering Clayton,

You indicate that the date for the AGM has changed, I was under the impression from the SEDAR filing that the meeting had been cancelled. Your choice of words seems to indicated its merely been rescheduled.

I appreciate that you are not at liberty to divulge anything of a material nature that is not in the public domain, however I don't see how a change of date could constitute anything material.

When is the new date?

I understand you can't disclose the reason for changing the date, however providing the day certainly isn't material in nature. I will understand if you can't provide a location or agenda at this time, but knowing the date would be helpful.

Regards
