San Fran I don't think it is financing. If I remember correctly Don spoke about that during a Q&A and I believe he said he wouldn't do that unless the SP was a lot higher than it was right now. Also. As I've mentioned before, in regard to Don's comment "business opportunities" let's remember the word "opportunity". Going after a big fish is one thing, catching it is another. Having said that, I would never fault him for kicking a meeting down the road if it was getting in the way of his "fishing" trip. There is never any harm in trying. So if he was/is trying to land one, but he ends up coming home empty handed, then we may just see a new date posted for the AGM with little or no explanation as to why it was postponed to begin with. I'm personally thinking he's working on a deal (reafional deal or partnership) that has enough of a chance of going through that it was worth his efforts to postpone the meeting.
