The point of my message wasn't nailing down an exact AGM date. My goal was to use the recent information provided to me by Sarah/Clayton about filing requirements and advanced notice to strongly suggest that the actual AGM will not occur until 65 to 75 days after the new Notice of Meeting has been posted. Since no new Notice of Meeting has been posted at last check, we're looking at mid- to late-November as the earliest that the AGM can occur based upon company filing requirements. Of course, there is a chance the I am mis-interpreting things, but it seems like pretty simple math to me.
