Well now we've heard that they do have a date and also that they don't have a date for the rescheduled AGM. Regardless, please refrain from wild speculation on this board regarding hypothetical matters material to the company surrounding this AGM issue. We've had enough of that the last few days.

To me, Sarah's statement from Torpedoman's conversation with her was simply Sarah laying out the rules of scheduling the AGM. Until we receive more concrete information, please try to keep the brakes on the speculation.

On a side note, in an email from Sarah yesterday I learned that Resverlogix is still participating in all of the Q3 events listed on the events page of the Resverlogix website (ESC, EASD, Rodman&Renshaw (webcast) and BioPharm America). So sounds like we're still in store for a webcast in a couple of weeks.
