Thanks for your post and clarification. My observation has always been positive with respect to management's intensions and integrity. DM has built a fine team around him and any communication that I have received from the company has been most respectful of their fiduciary responsibility and I did not mean to imply otherwise. When I did my DD on the Pfizer deal there were two conficting reports - one saying that the offer from Pfizer was quite generous, a premium of $20 a share if I remember correctly, and another report stating that a bidding war may ensue. I suspect that the litigation threat may have something to do with the conflicting reports - I am not familiar with the valuation numbers and product revenue potential. Reading between the lines in all the chatter after the AGM meeting cancellation or rescheduling or postponement or whatever ensued IMHO DM's remarks were conciliatory and preferential to the RVX minority shareholders. Ditto the checklist to management. RVX Company management has turned a disastrous Assure trial result into a promising Phase III BetonMace trial which is fully funded.
