Thanks SF -

I'm thankful your mom was able to enjoy her "golden years". My mom will be 91 next month. I urged her to get vaccinated for the Shingles virus this summer but she delayed and was recently diagnosed. She did catch it early and is feeling better already.

With respect to investment advice, I am a practicing CPA and licensed CFP. I have broken all the rules with this investment already in search of the holy grail and certainly would not have advised my clients to purchase this highly speculative investment. After the Assure trial, what kept me here was the wealth of information I obtained on this board from the many knowledgable and fine posters along with many hours of due diligence and a hunch. The Hepalink deal cemented it for me. Why would they infuse 2.67 CAD for their position? We are soon to get on the roller coaster again and it's going to be a test of nerves when the herd arrives.

My concern is that doing the deal too soon may result in a steeply discounted share value. My preference is to wait it out. The FDA discussions later this year and possible early approval of ZEN will light a fire under this. I am a proponent of the Star Factory theory you proposed. Medivation was offered $81.5 per share by Pfizer because they have an approved product with a predictible revenue stream and it fits Pfizers strategy. The Resverlogix BET platforms for CVD in combination with Zenith's BET oncology therapies may unlock many mysteries and cure many deseases - a Star Factory.

Again - Financial investments in developing biotechs are dynamic and events and circumstances out of our control will occur that may materially alter the outcome of events.
