I will take those indviduals who have posted that the intention is to reschedule the AGM at face value....everyone has probably already seen the post by G1945V over on Stockhouse that says...

So again...taking this at face value....What would cause them to be unable to finalize the agenda? To me its obvious that something is happening that is of a material nature that is still in progress. What exactly? Impossible to say....Another regional deal? A buyout offer? A move to take the company private? Something else? It could be anything, but whatever it is....I believe it has to be material, and obviously whatever it is....its going on currently.

All I'm hoping is that whatever it is....I hope its something that benefits retail shareholders, the company has a fiduciary responsibility to act on our best behalf....but I'm not so naive as to think that always happens.
