It's my speculation that the meeting was postponed because RVX's Intergalactic Intelligence Department (IID) received reliable information that a Romulan D-7 Class Battlecruiser was spotted on the far side of Uranus by the military outpost on Titania.

Obviously you can't conduct an AGM with a D-7 Class Battlecruiser moving at sub-warp speed on a heading for an unknown destination in the inner solar system.

IMO RVX likely received new intelligence from the IID this morning that the battlecruiser in question change its heading and is now moving out of the solar system. No doubt a recon mission from Titania is verifying the departure as I post.

This new intelligence information likely resulted in the rescheduling of the AGM (note however, the rescheduling information was posted by an anonymous poster on a different forum and must be viewed with extreme suspicion).

I realize that I'm just speculating here based on zero information. However, I see no reason why anyone would have a problem with that.
