Up another 9,900 shares for a total of 43,400 up to Aug 15th 2016.....I know its a broken record, but with volumes so think RVX can be pushed around like a disc on an air hockey table....a few thousand shares borrowed and sold imo can't help but squelch and positive movement in the PPS.
