I suspect fouremm knows what the word "efficacy" means. The question I have is, what analysis (if any) have they done to determine there are "no...efficacy concerns"? And, what were the criteria they needed to meet in order to make that statement?
Full sentence quote: "....The DSMB reviewed available study data and noted that no safety or efficacy concerns were identified...."
