Message: State of Emergency

SanFran,

I hear you. We're frustrated. We want more info. We have questions. I don't think any of us on this board are arguing with that. The annual financials, Annual Information Form and Managements' Discussion and Analysis document may or may not reveal anything new. We'll have to wait and see.

Resverlogix just gave a quarterly Corporate Update on June 13th and likely won't give another quarterly Corporate update until September. A shareholder summit? Isn't that what the AGM is for? The date of the AGM has also not been disclosed yet, but based on past history will be in late September to mid October. There are no events on the calendar until August 27th (European Society of Cardiology), which kicks off a 4-event spree over 19 days. Plus if a Corporate Update and AGM happen in September, that pushes it to 6 events between August 27th and end of September. Long story short, chances are that rest of July and August will be quiet with likely no news or updates from Resverlogix. Of course, I'd love to be proven wrong, but I am not getting my hopes up. What I am expecting though is for our questions to be addressed in the September to mid October period.

I recommend that we on this board continue the "Checklist for Management" discussion thread on a regular basis. Not for the purpose of expecting management to address these issues in the next day or week. But to keep all of these fresh in our heads and revised as needed. SanFran started a good list. Let's revisit it after the end of month documents are released and revise the list over the first couple weeks of August and send to management. I think its fine for more than one person to send or even call. Bother them. Irritate them a little. I doubt we will get any too much clarity in August, but it will plant the seeds for what we want to hear at the Q3 update and AGM. Then, once the AGM and Q3 updates are scheduled and announced, this gives us a good idea of when we should really start hammering IR and management with our questions. I don't know which one will be first: AGM or Q3 update. But whichever comes first will be their first chance to provide clarity on these questions. Then we revise the list again and hammer them one more time with the questions that they breezed over or didn't touch on in the hopes that they will be addressed at the AGM or Q3 update (whichever didn't happen first).

Just my opinion of a realistic approach to capture our collective frustrations and organize them to be most effective. Have a great weekend all,

BearDownAZ
