Everything on this board gets repeated every few months, so I'm going ot reiterate what I'll call my "short thesis" for lack of a better term.
Resverlogix does not have a big following, that much is obvious by just looking at the trading. In May we saw most days with around 10 or 20 thousand in volume, and on 3 days not even 10K.
So who's going to go short on a stock trading around a buck and 2 bits? Is it someone or someones who think they're gonna get rich by borrowing 10,000 or 20,000 or even 100,000 shares and selling them for maybe $1.30? Best case scenario for a short player is if a company gets delisted, in which case its 100% profit because there's nothing to cover. But given RVX's current resources, combined with the backing of Dart and Hepa....the chances of that happening any time in the next year or two is pretty slim.
Which then begs the question...If its not genuine bears looking to make pocket change on a falling share price, then who and why?
The only answer that makes sense in my opinion is by those who don't want to see the PPS climb....for whatever reason. With volumes this low it doesn't take much. Borrow and sell 5,000 shares, that could be 100% of the trading on some days....obviously its going to have an impact.
If I am right, and its being done by a party or parties looking to keep a lid on the PPS....I have my opionions, but I'll throw it open if anyone else has some thoughts.
