The anticipated Zenith re-organization will result in the separation of Zenith Epigenetics Corp into two new entities: Zenith Capital Corp. and Zenith Epigenetics Ltd. Zenith Capital Corp. will be the recipient of the royalties from both Zenith Epigenetics Ltd and Resverlogix. Zenith Epigenetics Ltd will be essentially the same company it is now minus the Royalities. Much cleaner way to proceed with IPO, future spin offs, sale of portions or all of Zenith....without touching the Royalty Preferred Shares.
