Kayaker....I think there is merit to comparing Development stage biotechs like Reservlogix with Jr Mining companies. That #2 point about many Jr Miners having been around for a long time with 50, 100, 200+ million shares issued and no revenues....I should have expanded on it a bit perhaps. Many Jr. Miners are companies that are basically in hibernation....they're not developing anything, not doing field work or seeking permits to advance a project....

They've been sitting and waiting and recently a lot of them have woken up and said....."Eureka, we're a Lithium company, let's stake a claim somewhere and start selling shares".

Resverlogix, to use the mining metaphor.....they've staked the claims, gotten the permits and have started taking samples out of the ground, and so far the indications are very encouraging.

There are Jr. Miners out there likewise who have been advancing their projects steadily, Nemaska, Lithium America's, Orocobre....these 3 in particular are well advanced. Then there are companies like Ashburton which just popped up and is hiring promoters and toutsheets to trumpet its status as a Lithium company, and it already has almost 90 million shares out.

I would equate Resverlogix to LAC, NMX or ORL.....there are a lot of garbage Jr Lithium Miners just trying to ride the wave, just like there are a ton of biotechs out there spinning their wheels.
