,,,,,,,undoubtedly KD and HL have their eye on RVX in whole...not just in part,,and to take the entire company out pending results or before,,,,,they are not interested in share price,,,their only interest lays with the drug selling over the counter for years into the future, cuz that is where the $$$ are. KD seems to have the upper hand imo....possibly gaining control of the IP come mid 2017 and DM with limited options to put the debt behind RVX where all parties are happy. No way out unless a special agreement is in the works that does not include KD and HL, which I think is not likely. Does DM have this as a trump card?,,Maybe..that depends on what influence DM and his insiders carry at this point. But damaging dilution is more than possible depending on what characteristics any deal takes on and when it takes place,,the later the less sway unless our SP is healthy,,,and generally when two people make a deal usually only one gets it!! So we may think mid 2017 is a ways away but this issue increases in importance with each pasing month. Enuff on that!

On a second thought although we have a Phase lll in progress I think the market sees BoM as RVX chasing just an orphan indication which is at best a last ditch effort to stay in a race. If this is the case then the RVX sales team should be teasing the market with thier follow up molecules and their possibilites and a solid business plan. Why we are told we have a molecule 13 times more potent than 208!! Hummmm,,,,they must have that molecule caged and feeding it with a sling shot, or perhaps it had to be put down!!,,,as we have never heard any follow up from RVX.

So DM carries no weight imo when he speaks to the scientific world. He can travel the globe and no one will listen. He does have that impressive track record for generating new investor cash and this is the greatest asset to RVX,,so that is where he should be placing all his efforts at this time before something ugly transpires. The scientific side must be passed over to those of RVX that have the credibility to go face to face with the scientific community and that I think is essential at this point in time. However as noted earlier,,, KD and HL,,,,are probably only looking to gain as much control mid 2017 as possible,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I know I would if I were them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,All just my opinion.
