I think this is great timing for a webcast. It is kind of in a lull period for scheduled events, as nothing is on their events schedule between Cavendish (going on now) and the March 13th Roth Conference.

Accoring to their timelines shared in Fall 2015, it looks like they should be starting the pilot PNH trial sometime between Q1 2016 and Q2 2016. Of course, plans change. However, last year when they presented at Cavendish in late October, they news released the commencement of BETonMACE around the same time. I don't know if they are presenting or just attending Cavendish this year, but it would seem fitting for the PNH trial announcement to come very soon in line with the 2015 Cavendish/BETonMACE announcement pairing.
